东盟创客城(The Association of South-east Asian Nations’ Town)
位于南宁市五象新区，总占地面积194216平方米，总建筑面积1403876平方米，造价超过40亿。工程包括27栋高层，其中，超高层1栋，高层商业1栋，高级住宅4栋、普通住宅24栋。超高层即东盟塔将建成广西最高之一的建筑，高度约346米。
Located in Nanning, Guangxi. It covers an area of 194,216 square meters,with a floor area of 143,000 square meters， including 27 buildings, one of which is 528 meters high, and will be the ninth highest building in the world while the fist in Guangxi.

应用了粗直径钢筋机械连接技术 、冷轧带肋钢筋应用技术 、整体爬架、早拆模成套技术 、清水混凝土模板技术 、BIM 技术。荣获广西建筑工程优质结构奖。
